Our teacher, Linda Busse, has spent much of her life loving, riding, training, showing, drawing and painting horses. In this class students will learn about the horse: How it moves, its parts, and how to draw the horse's head and body.

Artists will chose a fall landscape, fall leaves, or fall still life to paint in watercolor. Not for beginning students. Some watercolor experience needed.

Beginning Watercolor: Fall Leaves

Learn to paint fall leaves using watercolor. For beginning water colorists.
Bring a friend and learn the fundamentals of acrylic pouring!
Students will use hand building techniques with clay to crate their own hand dish, an animal vessel; and a tile.

Needle Felted Cardinal
November 13, 6-8 pm
Learn how to needle felt a cute little cardinal ornament. Good for beginners. Each student get to take home a felting needle and foam to continue exploring at home.
Make an evergreen wreath to decorate your home! Wreath frames and greens provided, as well as ribbons and cones. Please bring your own gloves and any extra decorating materials you wish to use. Class is held at Montague Tree Farms, 3220 Fruitvale Rd. in Montague.
Pour Paint Intro
Multiple Canvas Pour Painting
November 20 and 27
Students will have the opportunity to pour paint two canvases. Canvases sizes are 8x10 and 11x14. Then students can make a companion grouping of canvases, individual or even make seasonal. This is a great class to create holiday gifts. In the second class we will seal canvases with a professional varnish. Some experience with pour painting is recommended, but not required.
Colored Pencil Drawing

Using colored Pencils to make fine art. Methods of blending, color choice,
use of value, and complementary color in the producing of life-like light and shadows.
Advanced Pour Paint
Enjoy drinks and friends while you paint a custom piece of your pet. When you register you will be asked to email a picture of your pet. This will be pre-drawn onto a canvas ready for finishing touches the day of the event. Images may be cropped to best fit the canvas.
Cost is $40
A portion of the cost will be given to the Muskegon Humane Society!
